Gallery Centralina is an art intervention initiated by artist and curator Petar Grimani. The core idea was to  inaugurate a small and abandoned hydro power plant located in Cetina canyon into a gallery, and after more than a year of planning we decided to do it in October 2024 . Petar, Jelena (photographer) and I carried the painting upstream through the mystical landscape of the ancient river to the hidden concrete power plant known by the name Centralina and installed the artwork there. The shape on the canvas that is left there is designed to evoke the spirits of the canyon and to accumulate the energy of the river symbolically, just like once the place accumulated the river’s energy as a power plant. Canyoning is the only way to get there and it is not easy to find Centralina, but if you ever decide to take an adventure and be able to find it, feel free to take a photo beside the painting and share it
